Relentless Standards

At 16 I went into the kitchen, finished my chef apprenticeship early, worked in Michelin restaurants and became head chef of a fine-dining restaurant at 19 — leading a brigade of five and winning “Best of Swiss Gastro”. That was the moment I realised any target is reachable if the standard is non-negotiable.

I then left gastronomy and built a social media agency from zero to a 20-person team with operations in Switzerland and the UK. From there I moved into ecommerce, hit 100k revenue in the first month as a beginner and scaled the team to ten within three months – and saw how much chaos most brands accept as normal.

Instead of adapting to that chaos, I decided to solve it. That decision became EcomBrain: an operating system for ecommerce built from the perspective of someone who has been inside the kitchen, the agency and the brand.
